The BE.GREAT Consulting assessment methodology was developed to assess skills and human potential, leadership, supported by appropriate instruments for gathering information such as in-depth interviews, behavioural and personality tests (using the DISC tool), surveys, case studies, simulation exercises that enhance an effective use in recruitment and internal selection processes, functional mobility, succession plans, promotion, retention, mapping and development of internal talent.

The product delivered to the client consists of a detailed report where the methodology followed is presented, the results obtained and a set of suggestions that allow the client to make critical decisions.
